Location: European Chamber Offices in Shanghai + Online for National.

Dear working group members,
On Thursday, 28th March, the ILS Working Group will hold its 2024-2025 working group chair and vice chair elections. The meeting will also include discussions on PP 2024/2025, upcoming EU-China Maritime Dialogues, agenda of Ningbo Meeting with the Customs, as well as 2024 ILS work plan.
Tentative Agenda
14:00-14:10pm Opening and Conclusion of 2023 work by ILS.
14:10-14:15pm Election
14:15-15:15pm Discussion on PP 2024/2025 (ILS PP 2023 attached, if any comments to any KRs, please reply to me your inputs.)
15:15-15:30pm Discussion on upcoming EU-China Maritime Dialog
15:30-15:45pm Discussion on Ningbo Meeting with the MoT (it will be a light, curtesy meeting, could be put in the morning of 29th March.)
15:45-16:00pm Discussion on 2024 ILS work plan
16:00pm Closing of the meeting
Should you be interested in putting your name forward for election, please send your CV and motivation letter, stating whether you intend to run for chair or vice chair to Ms. Nan Song at nsong@europeanchamber.com.cn by 22nd March at the latest. In your motivation letter, please state why you wish to be elected chair or vice chair and provide a set of goals that you have for the working group over the next 12 months as well as your intended contribution to the Position Paper.
