Event Introduction 活动介绍
碳达峰碳中和的“30·60目标”作为一个可量化的约束指标，将成为中国推动节能减排、低碳发展的加速器。实现碳达峰碳中和的基本路径就是在经济高速增长和高质量增长的同时，逐步降低碳强度。这需要产业结构调整、技术进步、管理节能和文化理念等多举措的齐头并进。
在碳中和的全球共识下，众多企业积极参与到应对全球气候变化的行动中，致力于通过技术创新推动社会迈向绿色低碳化。电力生产转型期，可再生能源备受关注，太阳能是其中的重点。安全与可靠是光伏成为主力能源的基本要求，企业将会在智能光伏解决方案上持续创新，解决光伏行业在各种场景中面临的挑战，依靠数字化、智能化手段保障电气安全，而第三方专业检验检测认证机构在此发展过程中积极助力企业研发推广绿色能源并保障其安全运营。
本次分享将从碳排放管理与光伏绿色供应链两方面讲述在双碳未来下如何重塑企业竞争规划与核心竞争力。
As a quantifiable constraint indicator, the "30·60 target" of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality will become an accelerator for China to promote energy conservation, emission reduction and low-carbon development. The basic path to carbon peak and carbon neutrality is to gradually reduce carbon intensity while growing rapidly and with high quality. This requires the simultaneous development of multiple measures such as industrial restructuring, technological progress, management energy conservation and cultural concepts.
Under the global consensus of carbon neutrality, many enterprises actively participate in the action to combat global climate change, and are committed to promoting the green and low-carbon society through technological innovation. During the transition period of electricity production, renewable energy has attracted much attention, and solar energy is the focus of it. Safety and reliability are the basic requirements for photovoltaic to become the main energy source, enterprises will continue to innovate in smart photovoltaic solutions, solve the challenges faced by the photovoltaic industry in various scenarios, rely on digital and intelligent means to ensure electrical safety, and third-party professional inspection and testing certification institutions actively help enterprises develop and promote green energy and ensure their safe operation in this development process.
This sharing will talk about how to reshape the competitive planning and core competitiveness of enterprises in the future of double carbon from the aspects of carbon emission management and photovoltaic green supply chain.

Mr. Paulson Wei
韦斌生，高级工程师
韦斌生拥有浙江大学管理学院工商管理学硕士。现任DEKRA德凯集团中国认证与业务保障总经理。全面负责低碳领域的相关检验检测认证业务，其主要研究方向涉及：产品碳足迹核算、碳中和与碳排放管理解决方案、绿色工厂认证、零碳工厂认证、ESG、绿色供应链与绿色制造、可持续发展等。
Paulson Wei, Senior Engineer
Paulson Wei has MBA from Zhejiang University School of Management. He is currently the General Manager of Certification and Business Assurance, DEKRA. He is fully responsible for the relevant testing, inspection and certification business in the decarbonization field, whose main research directions include: product carbon footprint accounting, carbon neutralization and carbon emission management solutions, green factory certification, zero-carbon factory certification, ESG, green supply chain and green manufacturing, sustainable development, etc.
Mr. Jacky Bai
柏成立，总经理
上海大学电机工程硕士研究生，中国人民大学MBA。拥有15 年光伏行业检测认证工作经验。2019 年开始出任德凯集团太可再生能源事业部总经理。主要负责公司亚太区的光伏以及氢能业务板块的经营管理。目前德凯的可再生能源业务在其带领下已经保持连续5 年超高增长趋势，并且得到了国内外客户对德凯服务质量与效率的认可。作为IECEE ETF 09 成员，德凯全球光伏领域的授权专家，中国材料与试验团体标准委员会核心委员，不仅专注于德凯业务的扩展还致力于全球光伏相关的标准制定工作，尤其是在零部件端对于全球光伏标准的形成有着巨大的贡献。
General manager, Jacky Bai
Jacky has electric engineering Master degree from Shanghai University and MBA from Renmin University of China. 15 years of experience in photovoltaic inspection and certification. He has been the general manager of the Renewable Energy Division of DEKRA Group since 2019. Mainly responsible for the operation and management of photovoltaic and hydrogen energy business segments in the Asia Pacific region. At present, DEKRA's renewable energy business has maintained a super growth trend for 5 consecutive years under the leadership of Jacky, and has been recognized by domestic and foreign customers for the quality and efficiency of DEKRA's services. Jacky is a member of IECEE ETF 09, DEKRA global photovoltaic field of authorized experts, China materials and testing group standards committee core member. His is not only focusing on the expansion of DEKRA business and also committing to global photovoltaic related standards development work, especially in the parts end for the formation of global photovoltaic standards has a huge contribution.

路一鸣，技术总监
毕业于澳洲新南威尔士大学。11 年学术以及相关工作经验形成了精通光伏核心技术以及全产品原理和检测认证的强大技术背景。现为IEC 多个相关标准工作组成员，IEC E22 PV PTP 技术顾问；中国材料与试验团体标准委员会受聘正式委员。负责上海光伏和氢能项目部和实验室的运营。
Kevin Lu, Technical Director
Graduated from University of New South Wales, Australia. 11 years of academic and related work experience has formed a strong technical background to master the core technology of photovoltaic, as well as the principle and inspection certification of the whole product. He is now a Technical Adviser of IEC E22 PV PTP and official member of China Materials and Testing Group Standards Committee. Responsible for the operation of DEKRA photovoltaic and hydrogen energy project department and laboratory.
