[Course Aims]

• To understand how motivation works from a psychological standpoint, based on the classic theory of motivation, and to break the stereotype that when you talk about motivation, you think of "promotion and salary increase".
• From the reality of management dilemmas, it helps managers understand why some motivators don't have the desired effect even when they do, so as to avoid "motivational failure".
• To learn how to motivate your subordinates and to arouse their autonomy and strong dedication to their work tasks.
• Through the discussion of cases, understand and identify the intrinsic needs of different types of subordinates, and analyse how to use various ways to motivate subordinates in practical work situations, taking into the characteristics of subordinates.
