Seminar introduction 讲座介绍

Subsequent to global climate change and more frequent natural disaster, the world drives much focus on the destroy to our earth created with carbon emission. China has set our target in 14th Five-Year Plan to achieve carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutral by 2060. Industries like energy, manufacturing and building construction will become the key pioneers to push this target on the society. Building industry, which shares roughly 40% of total carbon emission amount in China, has great responsibility on this target. Various carbon reduction technology, carbon trading and circular economy have been well developed in past few years. Experience in carbon reduction roadmap in building industry will be shared, and to inspire thoughts on similar carbon reduction strategy and roadmap in other industries and enterprises.

随着最近全球各处气候变化、天灾频繁发生，全球对碳排放破坏地球越来越重视，减碳行动刻不容缓。国家在去年“十四五”规划中落实2030年碳达峰、2060年碳中和的目标；其中，能源、工业、建筑等行业将会是推动这个目标的先驱。建筑行业从施工到运营各阶段共占国家碳总排放40%，对于碳中和达标的责任尤其重大，过去数年各种减碳手段，碳交易、循环经济等日趋成熟。本次分享将投过建筑行业减碳路径的经验，从宏观角度思考各个行业、企业的减碳策略及路径。

Remark 注意事项：

到场人员必须符合重庆市新冠疫情防控领导小组下发的管理规定及游船防疫规定：

1. 重庆本地且14天内无市外旅居史的人员，提前一天提供健康码、行程码双码绿码截图，登船时需再次查验绿码符合方可登船

2. 14天内有市外旅居史的来渝人员（即行程码中有重庆市以外的城市），除健康码行程码绿码以外，还需提供重庆市内医院24小时以内核酸检测阴性报告。

3. 到场人员体温37.3以下，在船期间全程佩戴口罩。

Please read following notes:

1. Participants who didn't travel to other cities in the past 14 days shall send the screenshot of green health code and travel code to European Chamber contact person one day before the event. The staff of Century Cruises will also check health code and travel code before boarding the ship.

2. Participants who traveled to other cities, that is there are other cities shown in the travel code, shall provide green health code, travel code and a negative report of nucleic acid test taken within 24 hours in hospitals in Chongqing.

3. The body temperature of the participants should be below 37.3 degrees Celsius, and the participants should wear masks on the ship.

陈伟伦毕业于香港大学获得硕士学位，于2001年加入奥雅纳公司，现为副董事，有接近20年建筑机电工程工作经验，并在上海、重庆、武汉办公室工作接近15年，现为西部区域负责人、重庆办公室总经理。他对商业、基础公共建设、数据中心等工程机电系统有广泛之经验，包括设计、协调及工地监管等，对超高层垂直运输系统、智慧建筑设计尤其熟悉。其中的工程项目包括在香港及中国大陆；如武汉中心、武汉楚商大厦、武汉杨春湖华侨城、武汉长航大厦、武汉瑞安天地B地块、长沙国金中心、宜昌之星、全国龙湖天街商业项目、重庆万科陆海国际中心、重庆国金中心、重庆十八梯项目、重庆塔、宁波城市之光、杭州来福士、苏州中心、上海北外滩白玉兰广场、上海星港国际中心等多个超高层、大型商业综合体项目。最近几年重点研究可持续建筑与数字化结合设计策略，包含智慧建筑、绿色节能、健康设计、安全韧性等元素。

William is an M&E engineer joined Arup in 2001 with nearly 20-year working experience, holding the Master degree in the University of Hong Kong. His current position is Associate Director. He has stationed in Shanghai, Chongqing and Wuhan for nearly 15 years and now the Western China Business Leader, Chongqing Office Leader. He has fruitful experience in design, site supervision and project management in commercial sector, infrastructure and data centre both in Hong Kong and Mainland China. William is the specialist of vertical transportation and smart building design, and the key member in many famous projects like Wuhan Centre, Wuhan Changhang Centre, Wuhan Yangchun Lake OCT, Wuhan Changhang Centre, Wuhan Shui On Tiandi Plot B, Changsha IFS, Yichang Star, numerous Longfor Paradise Walk, Chongqing Vanke Centre, Chongqing IFS, Chongqing 18T, Chongqing Tower, Ningbo Evergrande super highrise, Hangzhou Raffles City, Suzhou Centre, Shanghai North Bund White Magnolia Plaza, Shanghai Star Harbor International Centre, etc. He spent much effort in recent years to integrate skills of building sustainability and digital, covering smart, green, health, safety and resilience elements.
