The European Chamber of Commerce welcomes the Constructive team, hosting a series of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops, in an effort to address common areas that are challenging for companies during this time. The Series was created to help teams have difficult conversations, find concrete and shared direction going forward, helping teams get back to enjoyable and effective work life.

Balancing productive work with a healthy environment
We work most effectively when we are happy and healthy. This workshop addresses the increase in anxieties as a result of COVCID-19 and the measures individuals, teams and organisations must take to support these most fundamental of needs. Participants are guided to explore and define a set of  guiding principles for themselves and their team that will enable them to live a more balanced life addressing mental and physical wellbeing.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 7 working days prior to the course will be charged with 20% course fee.
• Cancellations made 5 working days prior to the course will be charged with 50% course fee.
• Cancellations made 3 working days prior to the course or absence from the course will be charged with 100% course fee.

Katharina studied economics in Germany with focus on Human Resources and Marketing before beginning her career in the five-star hotel business. Over last 13 years in Asia; Beijing, Bali, Bangkok and Shanghai, she developed herself into a skillful and experienced sales executive before moving into corporate business; Human Resources, internal communication and strategic human resource planning and General management. She now brings this wealth of experience - combined with her fluent Mandarin - to bear as she focuses on design and delivery of LSP workshops.

Originally from Oxford in England, Oliver spent twelve years in Seoul, Tokyo and Shanghai running projects for global leaders in engineering, IT and management consulting.

Specialising in LEAN and agile project management, business processes and business analysis, Oliver built a comprehensive understanding of people, teams and organisations, the nature of business and the tools we use to support it all in varied geographic and cultural environments. For the last 5 years Oliver has been bringing this experience and knowledge to the table running LSP workshops and the Constructive.xyz business.
