According to Bain & Company’s 2018 China Leadership Report, the growth of local companies and rising tech stars is changing the equation for leadership talent demand and supply. Many of today’s most sought-after employers in China were not on the top lists ten years ago.
It seems Chinese companies are attracting talent away from multinationals by giving leaders direct influence over corporate strategy and key decisions and by offering younger talent the prospects of more influence.
The European Union Chamber of Commerce in China welcomes you to a facilitated session on retention of leadership talent. In this session, Ms Laura Mitchelson, Managing Director China & North East Asia and Valerie Guglielmi, Head of Training and Coaching at ICUnet Intercultural Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, will help participants identify what European businesses have to offer in 2020 that Chinese competitors don’t have. The interactive session will guide participants to create their own, company and industry relevant solutions.Participants of this session are expected to take part in the discussion actively.
