As a basic means to realize the rational allocation of human resources, salary and compensation play a very important role in the development and management of human resources. On the one hand, compensation represents the quantity and quality of different labor abilities that laborers can provide, and reflects the basic characteristics of labor supply. On the other hand, it represents the types, quantity and degree of human resource needs of employers, and reflects the characteristics of labor demand. Compensation management is to use compensation, the most important economic parameter in human resources, to guide human resources to move in a reasonable direction, so as to achieve the maximum of organizational goals.
薪酬作为实现人力资源合理配置的基本手段,在人力资源开发与管理中起着十分重要的作用。薪酬一方面代表着劳动者可以提供的不同劳动能力的数量与质量,反映着劳动力供给方面的基本特征,另一方面代表着用人单位对人力资源需要的种类、数量和程度,反映着劳动力需求方面的特征。薪酬管理也就是要运用薪酬这个人力资源中最重要的经济参数,来引导人力资源向合理的方向运动,从而实现组织目标的最大化。
