This training course builds critical business skills to adapt to different cultural working styles, to build greater trust, and to communicate clearly with global teammates and business partners. This workshop balances cross cultural theory and business skills that can be taken directly back to work. By the end of this one-day training course, participants will be better able to manage projects, identify potential conflicts and adapt to unexpected situations.
The workshop will include interactive case studies, skills practice and participant sharing to create an engaging training where the skills can be applied back at work.
Participants will complete the GlobeSmart Profile Assessment online prior to the workshop in order to identify their own cultural working style preferences and compare to other cultures.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be confirmed by mail. Please see the conditions below:
- Cancellations made 7 working days prior to the course will be charged with 20% course fee.
- Cancellations made 5 working days prior to the course will be charged with 50% course fee.
- Cancellations made 3 working days prior to the course or absence from the course will be charged with 100% course fee.
