The Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) Forum was established in 2005 to provide a platform for European SMEs to share their experiences and gain practical information on how to successfully operate their business in China. This forum is comprised of more than 300 SMEs that span a wide range of industries. Relevant stakeholders also include European and Chinese government officials and SME support service organisations, such as the European Union (EU) SME Centre and the China Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) SME Helpdesk.
