Application Scenarios and Future Possibilities of OpenAI (Chinese Session)

As existing machine-learning and artificial intelligence (AI) systems penetrate almost all aspects of social life, debates over the implications and the potential of their application are attracting more public interest than ever, in particular since the launch of ChatGPT, a chatbot created by OpenAI that uses natural language processing to simulate conversational interactions with users.
What is ChatGPT and how does it work? Why does ChatGPT matter and how can it be utilised in varying scenarios to assist clients with specific tasks? How will it impact industries and individuals?
The European Chamber is delighted to invite Dr Xu Mingqiang, chief technology officer (CTO) at Microsoft Omni-channel Division, Mr Eddy Yin, chief digital officer at SoftwareOne, and Mr Li Xun, senior engineer of Azure Technical Support at SoftwareOne, to share their insights on the above topics and elaborate on specific functions and application scenarios of Azure OpenAI services, as well as future possibilities of OpenAI.
