备受瞩目的个税实施条例（修订草案征求意见稿）及专项附加扣除暂行办法（征求意见稿）已于10月20日正式公布，为了帮助会员企业更好地解读征求意见稿，应对复杂的税收环境，欧盟商会联合德勤雇主人力资源全球服务团队将于 2018 年11月7日下午在南京举行个税改革专题研讨会。

2018年以来，为了深化“放管服”改革，优化税收服务，财政部、国家税务总局出台了一系列增值税新政。特别地，国务院常务会议2018年3月28日研究确定三项深化增值税改革措施。从2018年5月1日起，降低增值税税率、提高小规模纳税人年销售额标准，并对先进制造业等行业符合条件的企业一次性退还留抵进项税额。2018年4月25日，国务院常务会议决定再推出7项减税措施，支持创业创新和小微企业发展。
