The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (MOHRSS) issued the finalized regulation relating to labour dispatch (namely, the Interim Provisions on Labour Dispatch) on 24 January 2014. The Labour Dispatch Regulations takes effect from 1 March 2014.
