The European Union Chamber of Commerce Shenyang Chapter is delighted to invite you to the launch of the European Business in China – Position Paper 2023/2023 (Position Paper) on 13th October (Friday), 2023 in Shenyang. Position Paper is the Chamber’s most important publication and the cornerstone of its annual advocacy plan which is compiled by its 35 working groups and sub-working groups over a nine-month period. Despite the heightened difficulties facing European companies in China, they are committed to staying and improving the business environment, as illustrated by the 967 constructive recommendations put forward in the Position Paper 2023/2024.

To implement the important instructions and guidelines of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the revitalization and development of Northeast China and Liaoning, fully implement the three-year action plan for comprehensive revitalization and enhance the level of open cooperation, the Liaoning Provincial People's Government, in collaboration with the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China, is organizing the Liaoning-Europe Economic and Trade Cooperation Promotion Conference and the 10th Sino-German Lightweight Technology Annual Conference.

The European Chamber Shenyang Chapter Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Friday, 28th April 2023 Shenyang New World EXPO, 2nd Floor, 201-202 Meeting Room.

The AGM will be held in two sessions: I) board election; and II) a panel discussion on EU-China relations and international business, followed by a 5-star buffet.

Note: Only staff and members of the European Chamber Shenyang Chapter may attend Session I: Board Election. Non-members and friends are welcome to join Session II and buffet dinner from 17:10.
