中国加强社会信用体系建设，全面提升营商环境已进入新阶段。中国政府部门自2013年已发布近350项中央层面的法律、法规、政策，以及超过1000项地方管理规定，明确定义了企业社会信用体系。至2019年中期，社会信用体系下的多个机制已经开始运行，多项评级已全面覆盖中国境内所有企业。
