There is no doubt that COVID-19 has brought on many challenges and uncertainty, this holds true as business regulations need continuously adapt to constant changes in government policies leaving many wondering how to best navigate this new environment. This 5-hour online live course covers the fundamental skills and introduces professional emailing rules. Participants are provided samples to also review and the trainer shows good and poor examples of emails. There is interaction during the training with group work, individual feedback available after each session.
