Mrs. Stella HOU, from HEWITT ASSOCIATES, leads the compensation and benefits practice in greater China. She was the HR committee head for Amcham Shanghai this year.
It will be followed by a presentation by the Head of Human Resources department of BASF-YPC Company Ltd. on the development management policy of his company worldwide, in Asia and in China.

The HR roundtables series # 4 is the last one of the series. It will be followed by a HR Working Group starting on December 2: sharing experience, making a survey and lobbying are the purpose of the WG.
