Mr. Yan FuKe 阎付克: a well known expert in his field, a senior lawyer, deputy director of Shanghai JiangSanJiao Law Firm (上海江三角律师事务) and director of its Chengdu branch. He started his full time lawyer career and practicing in 1989 and joined the Shanghai JiangSanJao Law Firm in 2004, since then his field is professional HR legal services. .At JiangSanJiao he first worked at the Shanghai Headquarter of the company, then at the Hangzhou and Beijing branches, and now directing the Chengdu branch. His specialized areas are HR management and labor dispute arbitration proceedings. Mr Yan is author of several books: „Practical Handbook of Sichuan Labor Law” 《四川省HR劳动法律实用手册》 „Practical Handbook of Beijing Corporate HR Law” 《北京市企业HR法律实用手册》, „Disputes and Harmony – Practical Essentials of Labor Dispute Preventions and Treatments” 《纷争与和谐——劳动争议预防与处理实务精要》. He is affiliated with many organizations and associations, among: China Labor Association, Professional Committee of Labor Relations, China Enterprise Confederation and he is a working committee member of the Chinese Entrepreneur Association, Shanghai Labor Dispute Arbitration Committee. He is also the invited director of the Beijing Labor and Social Security Law Society and lecturer at Zhaopin.
