At this meeting we will have the pleasure to welcome Mr. Wu Shouren, Section Chief of Structural Reform and Laws and Regulations Department of the Shanghai Science & Technology Commission to give an update on the revision of the Law for Promotion of S&T achievements in the PRC. We will also discuss the final draft of the R&D Position Paper 2014-2015 (attached for your reference). Please note that the timing of the agenda might change according to the availability of the STC speaker.
