The European Chamber is pleased to invite you to the next HR Working Group meeting. It will be held on Thursday, 10th June 2014, 15.00-17.00 at the Nanjing International School, Meeting Room. European Chamber Human Resource Working Group new Chair Ms. Holly Wang, and co-Chair Mr. Tony Lei will host the meeting and discussion.

Richard Willeter, Director of Corporate Services Asia for Crown Worldwide Group.
Richard is originally from the UK and has a long standing career in designing and delivering outsourced service solutions to both consumer and corporate markets. He consults with multinational corporations across Asia wishing to outsource the management of their international talent pool to achieve returns on investment from their employee mobility programs. His unique experience as both a director of local niche service suppliers and as a director of a multinational outsourcing company, provides a holistic view of the pros and cons of the key outsourcing models and the importance of selecting a partner that fits with your specific corporate strategy. Richard holds a 1st class honors in International Business and Engineering, and the Global Mobility Specialist certification.
Topic: Talent Mobility in China
Richard will present the findings taken from the Talent Mobility in China Survey . He will discuss the trends regarding Transfer activity, Assignee Characteristics and Assignment costs. What are some of the issues that are caused by these trends and what are some of the strategies companies around China are using to help deal with these issues.
