Influences of China's Labor Law Amendment on the HR management

The Labor Law approved in 1994 will welcome its amendment soon. China's Labor Contract Law (draft )has been in the process of solicitation. The changes will definitely impose some influences on the HR management in companies.

 

We are very pleased to invite Mr. Gu Luling, director of Policy and Regulation Department, Nanjing Labor and Social Security Bureau, to give us some authoritative explanations about this new amendment, as well as to predict the influences on the future HR management.
