The European Chamber is delighted to invite you to our annual teambuilding event.

Since ancient times, south Jiangsu has been famed for its beautiful lakes. In particular, the fame of Suzhou has led to the popular saying:  上有天堂，下有苏杭 (above there is heaven; below there are Suzhou and Hangzhou), and indeed, together with its mild climate and fertile landscape it is no wonder that Suzhou is called 'paradise on earth'. Be welcome to mingle with professionals of our member companies while kayaking and enjoying the wonderful surroundings of the Jinji Lake in Suzhou.

Venue: Jinji Lake, Suzhou

*Day planning: 
7:45: Meet at the Grand Metro Park Hotel
10:30-10:50: Ice breaking activities
10:50-11:15: Teaming up, team activity
11:15-11:30: Basic training on how to kayak
11:30-12:00: Learn to kayak on the water
12:00-14:00: BBQ
14:00-15:30: Kayaking on the lake and river: easy kayaking trip including games
15:45-16:00: End of the event, return back to Nanjing

Fee: Member: RMB 375 Non-Member: RMB 625
Transportation: By bus. Meeting point is the Grand Metro Park Hotel 维景大酒店 located at No. 319 Zhongshan East Road. The bus will leave punctually at 8:00. Please be on time.

Registration: Please register via email to Ms. Angela Fang at nanjing@europeanchamber.com.cn by 20thOctober 2011. Registration will be confirmed by email. Fees will be collected on the day of the event. Seats are limited and will be provided on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis.

Important note: The organiser offers no insurance coverage for damages and injuries occurring in the course of this event. Participants should ensure that they have sufficient health insurance in case of injury and damage.
