- Whether foreign arbitration institutions may have the right to arbitrate in Mainland China
3. "Mediation: Long term Partnership Dispute Resolution", by Mr. LIU Hong Liang and Mr. LIEU Choun Yon from the Centre Franco-Chinois de Mediation.
