The EU funded China IPR SME Helpdesk, the Chengdu chapter of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China and the Tianfu Software Park are pleased to invite you to the seminar “IPR Protection for European SMEs in the ICT Sector: Security and Software” which will take place on Tuesday 8 June in the Tianfu Software Park in Chengdu.
Recent changes in the landscape of intellectual property in China, such as the recent amendment of China's patent law has an impact on the business of European companies in China, including the ICT sector. To support European SMEs, IPR and ICT experts have been invited to provide practical advice and updates on IPR issues most relevant to European SMEs in the ICT sector. Different IPR topics such as online protection of IPR, software and data protection, copyrights, licensing and patents in China will be covered.
Following the presentations, you will have the opportunity to raise questions during the Q&A as well as during individual IPR Clinic sessions.
