We are pleased to invite you to the next meeting of the Private Equity and Strategic M&A Working Group on Monday 26th April, starting at 3pm in our Shanghai offices.
During this meeting we are happy to announce that Mr. David Chen, Co-founder, AAMA Shanghai Angels (http://www.sh-angels.com), will deliver a presentation covering angel investing in China. Specifically he will address:
· What is angel investing, and how China is different?
· Overview and history of AAMA Shanghai Angels
· AAMA’s growth plan and current status of raising a RMB angel fund
We will also have further discussion on the progress of the Position Paper.
