All the members are welcome to bring your families and kids to participate in the First “Decathlon Cup” European Chamber Southwest China Chapter Family Sports Game on Saturday, 28^th October 2023, for a wonderful autumn weekend. All participants will receive prizes for the family unit.

Notices of the Activity 活动须知

1. Decathlon will provide the necessary facilities, equipment and prizes;

2. Participants are required to wear sportswear or clothes that are convenient for activities. Please do not wear high heels;

活动参与者须着运动服装或便于活动的衣物，请勿穿高跟鞋入场；

3. Please do not bring valuables with you in case of loss, as participants are responsible for their property safety;

请勿携带贵重物品，以防遗失，财产安全由参与者本人负责；

4. Decathlon will purchase insurance for all participants. Please accurately fill in your identity information (children's information in the supplementary information column).

The following conditions are not suitable for participation in this activity:

以下情况不适合参与本次活动： 

1. Suffering from an illness not suitable for strenuous exercise;

患有不适合剧烈运动的疾病； 

2. Taking medication (colds, sedatives, anti-allergy drugs, heart medication, etc.) or having a hangover;

在服用药物（感冒、镇静、抗过敏药品、心脏病类药物等）情况下或宿醉酒后； 

3. Being unwell, fatigued, or in poor spirits before participating in the activity.

1. Online registration by 27^th October, 2023. 网上注册截止于2023年10月27日。
2. Email registration 27^th October, 2023: please send Company Name, Name, Title (both in Chinese and English), Mobile Number and Email Box to chongqing@europeanchamber.com.cn . The registration is complete only if a confirmation letter is received. 邮件注册（截止2023年10月27日）：请将中英文的公司名称、姓名、职务，手机号码和邮箱发送到 chongqing@europeanchamber.com.cn 。收到商会邮件确认后注册成功。

Events have limited seating so to ensure your attendance we encourage advance online registration and payment for ALL events. We cannot guarantee entry to anyone not registered in advance.
All our events are held in English and are off-the-record unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Policy 取消报名
If you cannot attend an event for which you have registered, please cancel your registration no later than one business day prior to the event. If you fail to notify us of your cancellation in a timely fashion, you will be charged for event costs.
To cancel you can: 1) email chongqing@europeanchamber.com.cn , or 2) cancel online if you registered for the event through the website.
如果您不能参加已注册过的活动，请在不少于一个工作日的时间内取消您的注册。若您未能及时地通知我们，我们将收取您相应的活动费用。

Advisory Council Policy 顾问委员会政策

Members of the Advisory Council may receive complimentary admission to Chamber seminars, conferences and factory visits up to two attendees per event. Additional participants will be charged at the member rate.
Advisory Council members will still be charged the standard member rate for participation in training courses and special events, such as gala balls, government appreciation dinners, or admission to corporate social events/tournaments.
