Kaizen, a philosophy of continuous improvement that can be applied to both Multinational Corporations (MNCs) and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). On July 10th (Monday), we cordially invite you to join the European Chamber's community for an enriching event where we will come together to discuss and learn from each other about enhancing processes and operations. During this event, we have planned an insightful production line visit at Limoss (Dongguan) Co., Ltd as well.
Kaizen，是一个关于持续改进的理念，在近年来被许多跨国公司（MNC）和中小型企业（SMEs）应用于提升流程和运营。我们相信，每位“工厂人”在实践中都积累了自己的经验和方法。为此，中国欧盟商会将于2023年7月10日（周一），在炼马机电（东莞）有限公司举办一次关于Kaizen的主题活动，为会员们提供一次实例考察以及相互借鉴和学习的机会。

We welcome and encourage every employee to leverage their own work experience and be the first to identify areas for improvement and provide suggestions within their respective positions. Requirement for visitors 来访前须知
- Information of visitors will be collected in advance (name; company; position). 来访人员信息提前备案（姓名、公司、岗位）。
- No photos during the whole visit 参观期间严禁拍照.
About seat reservation 关于席位保留:
- Member companies will be prioritized. 席位将优先预留给来自会员公司的人员。
- Official registration confirmation e-mail will be sent after 2-3 working days once your application has been received as the Chamber need some time to arrange a seat. 在收到了您的报名信息之后，商会还需要些时间来安排席位，并在2-3个工作日之后通知您席位保留的进展。
- Please register before 7th July 2023 COB. 最终报名截止时间：2023年7月7日。

For this event, members of the European Chamber will receive complimentary tickets up to one attendee, additional participants will be charged at the member rate of 300rmb/person. Once your seat has been confirmed, you can choose to make the payment either via WeChat or by bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy 关于取消登记注册
If you cannot attend the event for which you have registered, please cancel your registration no later than one business day prior to the event. If you fail to notify us of your cancellation in a timely fashion, you will be charged for event costs.
To cancel you can: 1) email Jingqian Mo at jqmo@europeanchamber.com.cn, or 2) cancel online if you registered for the event through the website.
