Dear Logistics WG Member,
The EUCCC is pleased to invite you to the May Logistics WG meeting on Thursday, 21st May 2PM. Please note that this meeting will be taking place simultaneously in Beijing & Shanghai via video conference.
Proposed Agenda:
1/ Update: Chinese Government’s Industry Stimulus Plan on Logistics. Attached for your review is the WG draft letter (EN & CH) to NDRC regarding the Stimulus Plan. Please contact Ms.Catherine Chou at cchou@euccc.com.cn should you have any comments but cannot make it to the meeting in person.
2/ Position Paper 2009 - to prioritise and finalise KRs. Enclosed for your reference are the PP 08 and the currently proposed KRs 09. Please kindly bring your own hardcopy of PP for WG discussion so as to help protect environment. As the PP, widely reviewed by both EU and China authorities, forms the foundation of all our lobbying, WG members are strongly encouraged to take part in the discussion and drafting.

We look forward to seeing you at our next meeting and would appreciate if you could register with Ms. Catherine Chou at cchou@euccc.com.cn by 20th May. Thank you for your continuous support.
