The South China Manufacturing Forum warmly invites management staff (General managers, plant managers, and production managers) to join its monthly roundtable, to share practical experience on the issues faced by member companies in the industry and find possible solutions. Every participant is expected to contribute to the discussion. This meeting will be led by Chris Gassner, Chair of the Manufacturing Forum.

October 20th: Employees training vs coaching. (What are the options? How to increase employees' work education at a low cost) (Postponed)

January 19th: ERP and how unstable supply market and business environment affect it. (Solutions to minimize damage) & Managing supply chain and challenges in these COVID times
