The South China Manufacturing Forum and HR Working Group warmly invite management staff to join its monthly roundtable, to share practical experience on the Human Resource relevant issues faced by member companies in the industry and find possible solutions. In August there will be an online meeting on Zoom where every participant is expected to turn the camera on and contribute to the discussion. The meeting will be led by Chris Gassner, Chair of the Manufacturing Forum.

中国欧盟商会制造业论坛与人力资源工作组诚挚邀请来自制造业企业的管理层成员，参与本次在线论坛，一起探讨制造业公司面临的人力资源相关问题，交流经验，共同寻求可能的解决方案。八月份的月度会议将以Zoom视频会议的形式进行，本次会议将由制造业论坛的主席克里斯汀·伽斯纳先生主持。

July 14th: How to educate employees to become autonomous/self-managing in Chinese labour culture and mindset & How to strengthen prescribe Quality & Safety mindset (Completed)

August 18th: Employees feedback, Xiao Ti’An and other strategies to involve employees in company wellbeing and improvements & Good improvement ideas sharing & How to find qualified staff?

September 15th: Cost management in an unstable business environment: waste management

October 20th: Employees training vs coaching. (What are the options? How to increase employees' work education at a low cost)

November 17th: End product price increase control and calculation

December 15th: Remote management and remote work for employees

In 2023

January 19th: ERP and how unstable supply market and business environment affect it. (Solutions to minimize damage)  & Managing supply chain and challenges in these COVID times

February 16th: Labour contracts and addendums to contracts. (Internal rule book and how to implement it without legal consequences and avoid waste of time and resources)
