The European Chamber Southwest China Chapter sincerely invite you to the visit to the Digital Currency Electronic Payment (DCEP) laboratory, Bank of China and seminar on 9th June (Thursday), 2022.

中国欧盟商会西南分会诚邀您参加将于2022年6月9日，星期四举行的中国银行数字人民币实验室参观及座谈活动。

Number of Guests Limitation: 15 people, member first, and the registration can't be cancelled.
参会人数：15人，会员优先，且报名不可取消。

Please kindly find the notice for the visit (the guards at the front gate will check):

1. Those who come to (return) Sichuan from areas outside the province that require three days and two tests must provide screenshots of the negative nucleic acid test results;
2. The health QR code >> it has to be “green”; the travel code >> it has to be “green” and no “*”; body temperature with an infrared thermometer >> it has to be less than 37 degrees Celsius;
3. Nucleic acid negative report within 48 hours (from report result time to event start time), can just show e-version;
4. All of the guests will be required to wear a mask during the visit;
5. Register with ID number or passport number;
6. Sign a Health Commitment Letter (refer to attachment).

请阅读并知悉中国银行以下参观注意事项：

1. 从四川省外需三天两测地区来（返）川人员，须出具在入川城市三天两次核酸阴性检测结果截图；
2. 安保人员会在大门处查看访客的健康码（须为绿色）、行程码（须为绿色且无星号“*”），测量体温（低于37摄氏度）；
3. 参观客人须出示48小时内的核酸阴性报告（以出报告时间开始计算），电子版即可；
4. 参观全程均须佩戴口罩；
5. 客人须登记身份证号或护照号；
6. 客人须阅读并签署一份健康承诺书（详见附件）。

Brief Introduction of the Digital Currency Electronic Payment (DCEP) laboratory
中行数字人民币实验室简介

The Digital Currency Electronic Payment (DCEP) laboratory is jointly built by Bank of China, China Telecom and China Unicom, combined with the overall requirements from the head office in Beijing and the local characteristics of Sichuan. It is the only Digital Currency Electronic Payment (DCEP) laboratory among peer institutions in Chengdu. Therefore, It plays a very important role in the area of government and enterprise reception, customer marketing, achievement displaying, staff training, etc.
数字人民币实验室是由中国银行、中国电信、中国联通三方联合搭建的数字人民币实验室，是成都地区同业机构中唯一一家数字人民币实验室，在政企接待、客户营销、成果展示、员工培训方面都起着重要作用。

Firstly, the lab shows some basic functions of Digital Currency Electronic Payment (DCEP). Secondly, it displays some achievements that Bank of China Sichuan Branch has already made in different scenes such as Winter Olympics, elderly-caring service, and transportation. Finally, it allows visitors to experience the real transaction process of Digital Currency Electronic Payment.
该实验室一是展示数字人民币的基础功能，二是展示中行场景落地情况，如：冬奥、养老和交通等，三是可在实验室内进行数币真实支付场景体验。

Participants must ensure have no travelling or living history of medium and high risk areas recently and maintain proper social distancing norms and abide by the Chengdu Municipal Government’s Epidemic Prevention and Control Rules. If you do not follow the relevant regulations, the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China accepts no responsibility for any physical discomfort you may experience during or after the event.
