The European Union Chamber of Commerce in China Shenyang Chapter is thrilled to invite you and your colleagues to participate in the Lean Independent Research-Quick Breakthrough from Exchange Visits held at Mubea Automotive Components (Shenyang) Co., Ltd. on June 24th, 2021 (Thursday) from 14:00 to 16:30. Independent research activities are the best practice to promote lean. The Shenyang Chapter, launches the series of Lean Independent Research-Quick Breakthrough from Exchange Visits. We would like to invite the lean related personnel from various companies to visit different companies, guide them to observe the actual problems of on-site operation, face the problems, and solve the wastes that hinders the realization of the value stream. Not only can it help to enhance the awareness and skills of participants, but also benefits the company's implementation of lean. With the aim of helping enterprises to make rapid breakthroughs and improve its lean, the series of visits will play an important part of the lean journey of the enterprise and and the lean group of the European Chamber Shenyang Chapter is committed to solving the problems and increasing knowledge. 自主研活动是推进精益工作的最佳实践。中国欧盟商会沈阳分会发起精益自主研-快速突破互访系列活动，通过组织各企业精益相关人员走访不同企业，引导参与者观察现场操作实际问题，面对问题、并解决阻碍实现价值流中的浪费，从而提升参与者的意识与技能；与此同时，互访紧抓企业实施精益的原点，在每一次互访活动中，以问题解决，增长知识为出发点，致力于助力企业快速突破，获得提升，成为企业精益之旅中的一项重要内容。
