1. Presentation from Mr. Jeff Xu, Tax Partner, Deloitte:
Chinese tax update detailing significant changes to tax compliance obligations imposed on non-resident companies and individuals as well as business tax development.
2. General discussions on current business issues with tax implications concerning members. We invite you to attend and inform us of what the most pressing issues are right now. Your input will help shape the content of our regular external seminars and our Position Paper in 2009.
3. Update on planned seminar activities
