The Finance & Taxation Working Group is pleased to invite you to the meeting “2021 China Corporate Income Tax Filing Procedures”, which is taking place on Tuesday, March 23rd, from 10:00am (GMT+8:00, China time) at the European Chamber’s Shanghai office as well as online via Zoom.
With the 2021 China CIT filing fast approaching, Jason Yu, Tax Director, and Maggie Mao, Tax Partner, at KPMG China(bios attached) will delve into the latest tax regulatory developments to help you make your filing seamless.
Jason and Maggie will also discuss the tax preferential treatment areas in which the 2020 annual filing return has been changed to assist companies during the COVID-19 period. Their sharing will guide members through:
- Applying for the tax treatment related to Donations in cash or in kind, made by enterprises
- Applying for R&D incentive in CIT returns
- Applying for General/Special reorganization in CIT returns
- Building up an efficient CIT filing process
