Discussion Points:
1. Dr. Jacobs, Chairman of the WG presented the Mercer Survey, Ms. Huang Xiaoqin from DIEHL Controls and Ms. Li Xilin from SASOL jointly presented Hewitt Survey. Dr. Jacobs also explained the major difference between these two surveys: Mercer used position value (Mercer Point) as axis and abscissa and Hewitt used position name.
2. Seen the fact that the value of the survey depends on the number of participants and the field the participating companies belongs to, the participants agreed to try to convince more companies to join the same survey in Nanjing. The participants also discussed the reason why they join or not join the specific survey. The use of the survey results in different companies was discussed. EUCCC will discuss with consulting companies regarding the group price.
3. The participants discussed shortly about the benefits the company offered such as car allowances, supplementary pension and housing fund etc. The use of private cars for business purpose was also discussed.
4. A separate Case Study Session to discuss the C&B Structure will be held on February 23. The participants who are interested and would like to share their information with others are welcome.
