As the outbreak of COVID-19 early this year, there are 213 countries, areas or territories that have reported with confirmed cases. Even though the COVID-19 has been effectively controlled in China till now, it is，however, that many foreign-invested enterprises (“FIEs”) have encountered serious difficulties in production and business operations as a result of the side-effects of COVID-19. How to effectively manage and mitigate the legal risk during the pandemic is one of the most concerned issue for them.
自今年年初新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情（下称“疫情”）爆发以来，截止目前，全球213个国家和地区确诊病例逾200万例。虽然，目前我国的疫情得到了有效控制，但外资企业的生产和经营在此次疫情中受到了严重影响和冲击。如何有效地防范和减少疫情期间面临的法律风险，成为外资企业关心的核心问题之一。
In order to provide FIEs with timely and effective risk prevention advice, to help them overcome difficulties legally and compliantly, the European Chamber of Commerce in China and ZHH & Robin LLP (“ZHH”) intends to hold the seminar on "Legal Risks Prevention of FIEs in the Context of COVID-19". Eagle Yang and Yvonne Wen, partners of ZHH will, combining their years of rich practical experience in serving FIEs, analyze the relevant issues on labor law, performance of contract and exit of FIEs, and put forward specific precautionary suggestions, which we believe will be helpful to the FIEs at this tough time.
