The best way to enhance an organization’s inclusive leadership is by empowering and coaching others. The skills of navigating through the VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity) can be used in formal or informal coaching as well as in everyday life; both personal and professional.

This event focuses on a very experiential sharing from hundreds of executive coaching engagements in 2018-2019 with IECL.
