The China Institute of International Antitrust and Investment (“CIIAI”) was established in March 2012 under the auspices of the China University of Political Science and Law as the first antitrust think-tank in Asia. The CIIAI organizes high-level antitrust conferences as well as workshops for Chinese government officials, and it publishes scholarly antitrust research.
In 2016, the CIIAI formalized its relationship with the UN Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD).
We are now pleased to announce that our fourth annual antitrust symposium will take place on 20-21 November 2019 at the Friendship Hotel in Beijing.
This symposium will focus on current antitrust issues facing companies doing business in China, in the EU, US and other important foreign markets.
