Mr. Samson Ho
Samson has close to a decade of recruitment and management experience, with a proven track record in building high-performing teams. Previously, he was the Business Director of Hays Hong Kong and, subsequently, he was chosen to lead the Hays Shenzhen office. Currently, Samson leads the overall management of the Hays Shenzhen operations.
Samson primarily specialises in recruitment across operations management, sales and marketing and human resources. He is particularly skilled at helping small and medium-sized enterprises to develop their business by consistently recommending the right talent to suit their needs. In addition, Samson has helped many local enterprises to expand internationally; and vice versa, has helped foreign companies to find top quality talent to adapt the business to the local culture.
Ms. MIRA LIOLEVA
Mira Lioleva is Director in Direct HR Group Shanghai Office where she leads the Development Solutions Practice supporting clients in China in their organizational transformation.
Mira has more than 17 years’ professional work experience, of which 10 years in China, in leadership roles across the logistics, consumer electronics, and professional services industry. She combines deep functional experience in leading supply chain, logistics and business development with consulting insights supporting leading Western enterprises to strengthen their leadership and organization in China. She is dedicated to deliver tailor-made solutions to China-based organizations for their organizational development enabling her clients to adequately adapt to the swiftly changing market environment.
