It was the best of times, it was the worst of times. Organizations meet more and more opportunities and challenges with the uncertainty and dynamic of global economy and fast development of new technology. HR professionals feel same with organization under the circumstances. We often meet the situation that: today, we need to make personnel cost down and redundant for the survival; tomorrow, we need to change our product and organization to serve more clients for our development. It seems that we may not meet the needs of organization with our current knowledge and ability. So under the new circumstances how can we make breakthrough and innovation to solve the problems and meet the challenges so that we may get rid of difficulties and embrace easiness?

This program is representing the joint efforts of European Chamber Nanjing Chapter and Raymond Consulting. It aims at helping HR professionals improve and breakthrough themselves, achieve work innovation and contribute HR value through learning the model and approach of breakthrough and innovation.
