Mr. David Du
Mr. David Du
David Du is the General Counsel for Bosch in AP since January 2015. He leads 6 legal teams consisting of 42 lawyers to support the Bosch operation in AP. Prior to that, he was the General Counsel and Compliance Officer for Bosch in China. David has been assisting Bosch management to ensure compliance in its China operation which has 50,000 employees and 65 entities.
David is a Chinese lawyer and Certified Tax Practitioner. He is the Chair of the Compliance Working Group in the European Chamber of Commerce China since March 2018, and the vice-Chair from April 2015 to March 2018. David is also an arbitrator in the Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC) since May 2016
Mr. Kent Kedl
Mr. Kent Kedl
Kent Kedl is a Partner in Control Risks, Greater China and North Asia. He is responsible for Control Risks’ practices across mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, the Koreas and Mongolia. He has worked in Asia since the early 1980s.
Kent has consulted with multi-national and Asian corporations on a range of risk and strategy issues, such as M&A and organic growth strategy, crisis management and operational business controls, and strategic and organisational development programs. Kent has particular expertise in the Asia-Pacific healthcare, food and beverage, and consumer products sectors.
Formerly, Kent was responsible for the Compliance, Forensics and Intelligence practice throughout Asia-Pacific. Prior to joining Control Risks, Kent was general manager and co-owner of Technomic Asia, a market strategy consulting firm.

Sammy Fang heads DLA Piper's Compliance and Investigations Practice across Greater China. His speciality is compliance and investigations, which range from proactive compliance reviews,compliance program designs and enhancement, to specialist investigations (internal fraud investigations, white collar crime, FCPA and anti-bribery, cyber security/cybercrime, etc.); as well as product liability, and regulatory compliance.His experience covers a wide range of industries and areas of specialty including pharmaceuticals, consumer and household products, medical devices, technology, retail and fashion, manufacturing, beverages, media, and hospitality and leisure. Sammy has handled crisis, disputes and investigations across multiple jurisdictions including China, Hong Kong, Australia, and
