Tianjin Airport Economic Area天津空港经济区
Adjacent to the urban area of Tianjin City, Tianjin Airport Economic Area has advantageous geographic position and convenient traffic, with integrated transportation of airport and seaport as well as complete modern logistic system. In this area there are several special customs supervision areas such as bonded area, comprehensive bonded area, and bonded logistic park, and an aviation logistic area characterized by construction of an air freight center in North China, so it has complete policy functions. A modern service industrial cluster as well as a high-end manufacture industrial cluster consisting of civil aviation, equipment manufacture, new generation of information technology, mass consumer goods, biomedicine, and the like have formed.
43km2 Tianjin Airport Division of China (Tianjin) Pilot Free Trade Zone also locates in this area， focusing on advanced manufacturing industries such as aviation, new generation of information technology and producer services research and development and design.
天津空港经济区毗邻天津市区，地理位置优越，交通便利，综合运输机场和港口，完善现代物流体系。在这一领域，保税区，综合保税区，保税物流园区等特殊海关监管区域，以及华北空域货运中心建设的航空物流园区具有完整的政策功能。形成了现代服务业集群以及民航，设备制造，新一代信息技术，大众消费品，生物医药等高端制造产业集群。

Unilever Tianjin Industrial Park联合利华天津工业园
Unilever has been building its North manufacturing base in Tianjin since 2011. It‘s Phase I investment - a home care liquid factory, producing OMO washing liquid and Comfort conditioner– was completed and started mass production at the end of 2012. The Phase II – a food seasoning factory, producing Knorr chicken bouillons, chicken power and Hellmann’s mayonnaise – was completed and officially opened in 2015.
Tianjin site is committed to utilizing the latest technologies to ensure its operations is as sustainable as possible. Both Phase I and Phase II received the LEED Gold certification, meeting international standards in terms of energy efficiency, water use, waste water treatment, the use of recyclable materials and the control of solid waste. At the Tianjin site, we built our first Energy Farm in China to produce and use renewable energy – wind and solar power stations, which supplies today more than 25% of its electricity consumption needs.
联合利华从2011年开始在天津打造其北方生产基地。一期为家庭护理液工厂，于2012年底竣工投产，生产奥妙洗衣液和金纺柔顺剂；二期为食品调味料工厂，于2015年正式运营，生产家乐鸡精、鸡粉和好乐门沙拉酱。
天津工业园使用最新科技，致力于日常运营中的可持续发展。一期和二期工厂均已通过LEED金奖认证，在能源效率、水资源利用、污水处理、可循环使用材料、固废控制等方面达到国际绿色建筑标准。天津生产基地是联合利华在中国建立的第一个“可再生能源基地“----利用风能和太阳能电站生产和使用可再生能源。目前，太阳能和风能发电量占工业园总用电量的四分之一。
