On April 1st, 2017, the Central Government announced the launch of the China (Liaoning) Pilot Free Trade Zone to revitalize the traditional industrial base of Northeast China and promote international economic and trade operation in northeastern Asia.
2017年4月1日，中央政府宣布推出中国（辽宁）自由贸易试验区，以振兴中国东北老工业基地，促进中国在东北亚国际经济贸易的运行。
