Dear HR Friends,
Maybe some of you have learnt that the HR Working Group of European Chamber provides a platform to exchange information and promote awareness of HR and labour related issues by developing an open dialogue among the HR professionals from multinational corporations, SMEs and specialized consultancies and also with relevant Chinese authorities. The HR issues raised by members apply across all industrial and service sectors.
Three seasons have passed this year, what is the HR situation in your company? Is the staff still enthusiastic towards his job? What problems have you encountered in your job? Come to join our HR Working Group meeting to make new friends and share your experience! It’s convinced that you can get some illumination from other companies’ stories.
Ms. Cheng Li, HR Manager of Sumiko Leadframe Chengdu Co., Ltd., as kickoff speaker this time, will give us a presentation about the Talent Landscape, turnover status in China & Chengdu and how to develop a proactive and effective TMS (Talent Management System). 1. In general, the HR professionals’ suggestions are concentrated on such several fields:
- HR Working Group Meetings can be held in the open air thus people can feel freer to communicate with each other;
- Topics can be adjusted according to different seasons and different industries;
- People suggested e-newsletter for regional HR information on key points of latest trend & discussions;
- People suggested EUCCC to collect popular welfare methods in FIEs
