Introduction课程介绍

Enterprise management is a system in which different positions/processes form a certain stream. These streams are combined to form a value chain that realizes business target of the enterprise. If one part of the system gets improved only to realize its own value, then no matter how hard and good it is, it contributes very little to the whole system’s value.  We can improve a project to perfection but still bring no production value to the enterprise. This is not staffs 'problem but the performance system’s. Our system does not implement enterprise’s target in each process and position, and therefore staffs have no idea of how to improve enterprise performance in his own position and improve enterprise’s competitiveness.

企业管理是一个系统，各个岗位（过程）组成一个流程，这些流程有机结合在一起，构成了实现企业经营绩效（目标）的价值链。如果管理系统中的某一个环节，仅仅是为了自身的价值而努力改善，不管其多么努力和优秀，对于整个系统的价值不会有显著提升。我们可以把一个项目做到极致，但可能对企业整体来讲没有产生价值。这并不是员工的问题，而是我们的绩效系统出了问题。因为我们的系统没有把企业的目标贯穿到所有的环节或岗位，员工不知道如何在自己的岗位上通过什么样的改善能够提高公司的业绩，改善公司的竞争力。

We will introduce a practice proven improvement method---to establish an effective performance management system and carding management streams based on business target; form an effective structure and give fully play to each employee’s initiative.

我们将介绍一种经过实践验证的改善的方法——建立一个有效的绩效管理体系，围绕经营目标梳理管理流程；建立一个有效率的体制，充分发挥公司所有员工的能动性。

Mr. ZHOU Guobin is an expert in the field of stream assessment and consulting, presently taking the role of TÜV SÜD training and consulting business manager. Prior to this, he worked in government sector for many years and involved many times in transnational project management. With over 10 years’ working experience in Germany-funded enterprise, Mr. Zhou focuses on management stream assessment and training/consulting business.
Around the year 2000, Mr. Zhou successively participated and led collaboration and development of several transnational projects, for instance, ODS (ozone depleting substances) reduction project cooperated with European Union, Application of EMS in northeastern enterprises project, Research project of management and operation model in SONY and other transnational enterprises, etc.
Since 2004, Mr. Zhou built up expert team to develop the excellent system management model which caters to Chinese enterprises’ needs: push forward management stream, improve staff competence and develop enterprise innovatively, driven by business achievements. Mr. Zhou has led Excellent Performance and Value Stream projects for SANY Heavy Industry, BMW, Panasonic, Sino-German Eco-park, Fotile, etc.
Since 2015, Mr. Zhou put emphasis on the assessment system and standard of Intelligent Industry. Based on requirement of Industry 4.0 and national industry 2025 plan, he conducted for Qingdao Government the research and assessment of manufacture industry in Qingdao and diagnosed the gap as well as put forward future path for Qingdao manufacture industry; he further proposed concrete and practical plan and report for key/ experiment enterprises to head to industry intelligence.

周国彬先生 是流程评估及咨询领域的专家，现任TÜV南德意志集团大中华区培训与咨询部经理。此前，他曾在政府部门工作多年，参与多次跨国项目的管理。有十多年的德资跨国企业工作经验，主要聚交于管理流程评价及培训咨询方面的工作。
2000年左右，周先生先后参加并主导了多个国际项目的合作与推进，如与欧盟合作的ODS（臭氧层消耗物质）削减项目，环境管理体系在东北企业中的应用项目，SONY等跨国企业管理经营模型的研究项目等。
2004年起，周先生组织专家团队开始研发适合中国企业需求的卓越系统管理系统模型，以经营结果拉动管理过程，人员能力的提升，推动企业的创新发展。主导三一重工、BMW宝马、松下电子、中德生态园、方太厨具等公司的卓越绩效价值流程项目。
2015年起，重点开发智能工业的评估体系及标准，2016为青岛市政府对青岛市制造业实施调研及评估，把脉工业4.0及国家工业2025要求下青岛制造业的差距和努力方向及路径，提出了对关键和试点企业向工业智能化迈进的具体和可操作的实施方案和报告 。
