Ken Gao
Tax Director, PwC China
Ken is a Director of Tax & Business Advisory team of PwC Shanghai, China. Ken has extensive experience in advising on holding and financing structures, investment vehicles, tax efficient business models, due diligence, tax defence, internal control and tax risk management, as well as cash expatriation strategies. Ken worked in the United States for three years and he has over 10 years experience as a tax practitioner with PricewaterhouseCooper in China. Before joining PwC, Ken worked as an investment specialist for Shanghai Free Trade Zone.
