Training Course Introduction 简介

This class, aimed at training this skill in potential leaders, will verse you in the practical techniques of 5-Step Thinking. Led by certified Professional Project Manager Vivian Wu, it will give you the tools to assert your leadership skills in a group setting and to improve the strategic planning and efficiency of projects you run.

Goal of the training 课程目标

1.     5-Step Thinking is designed to help participants develop and extend their thinking path, dimensions and horizon, therefore form their result-oriented thinking approach, which focuses on all the key points to serve the objective, streamlines thinking logic, looks for most relevant resources to support designed solutions, as well as collaborates resources to magnify margin values.

2.     Help participants gain the knowledge points via introducing varieties of tools and techniques.

3.     Help participants aware of where 5-Step Thinking can be applied in reality.
