Mr. Rene GALBAVY 葛睿宁
In addition to his degree in Business Economics with emphasis on Strategic Control, Transportation and Logistics, Mr. Galbavy also has a degree in Sinology, in part he studied at the renowned Tsinghua University in Beijing. Before starting to work for Staufen he gain Lean Experience as a Project Leader at Liebherr China for the introduction of a Kanban system.
葛睿宁的专业是以战略控制、交通与物流为重点的经济学 。除此之外 ，他还在北京著名的清华大学学习并取得了汉学 学位。在加入诗道芬之前，他作为项目负责人为利勃海尔中国引进看板系统并因此获得了精益生产的经验。
As a Consultant at Staufen AG, he worked on projects for Lean Transformation and supported companies in their Move-Towards China.
在作为咨询师为诗道芬工作期间，他参与了很多精益转型项目以及支持德国公司在中国设厂。
Among other things, Rene Galbavy carried out an analysis for a major Chinese machine tools manufacturer and supported the company afterwards in the holistic Lean Transformation in Manufacturing, Assembly and in Indirect Areas.
另外，葛睿宁还对一家中国主要的机床制造企业进行分析并在制造、装配和非生产领域实施精益转型。
In 2014 he joined Staufen Shanghai as Senior Consultant in the Business Unit Lean.
