Communication training course 课程简介

Communication: everybody does it and everybody is able to communicate. But we are not always satisfied about the contact we have with other people. We do not understand each other well or we are hesitant about the things we really want to say. Effective communications is about really understanding each other, listening to the messages and reacting assertively. Through this course you can gain an insight into your own communication style and learn about how to improve the impact it has on others.

Annabel holds a master's degree for applied linguistics.

Before becoming a trainer, Annabel has over ten years of working experience in multinational companies, mainly in the fields of purchasing, training, and management. Combing her solid knowledge in organizational communication, teambuilding and leadership, Annabel has been delivering many training courses in people skills such as communication, coaching skill, influencing, leadership, etc. She is an expert in applying psychological theory in her training for behavior change.

Annabel now is a devoted coach and trainer with a focused interest in soft skills training. Her trainings has been very well received by the clients she served, mainly due to her friendly ,inspiring and interactive training style, practical experiences as well as the unique training methodologies of Schouten.
