2023 Pepper Food Expo and 9^th Northeast New Catering Expo is currently ongoing at Shenyang New World EXPO during the period of June 11^th and 13^th 2023. As one of the highlights for the event, the Liaoning Cuisine Cooking Show attracted great attention among food lovers and European Chamber Shenyang Chapter led some of members to this event, appreciating chefs’ cooking skills and cultures behind Liaoning Cuisine on the first day of the Expo.

With extensive and profound history, Liaoning Cuisine is a distinguished and traditional style of cooking derived from food custom and culture of all ethnic groups in Liaoning with local food materials and cooking skills developed by local people. Crisp fried pork, double cooked pork slices, Laobian Jiaozi, Majia Shao-mai, dough sculpture and hand-pulled noodles were made delicately by the chefs who showed their unique skills in front of audience with their gasp in admiration in return.
