European Chamber South China Delegation Meets with MOFCOM Guangzhou Office

On 8th August, Klaus Zenkel, vice president (VP) of the European Chamber and chair of the South China Chapter, led a delegation to meet with the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) Guangzhou office. The delegation included Ms Janet Zhang, chair of the South China Finance and Taxation Working Group, and Ms Zhou Fang, chair of the South China Human Resources Working Group. The delegation met with Mr Xie Ying, deputy commissioner of MOFCOM Guangzhou.

On 2nd August, the European Chamber South China Board Chair Mr Klaus Zenkel and board member Mr Aaron Finley, were invited to attend and spoke at the European Business Symposium hosted by the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province. The symposium, presided over by Mr Zhang Jinsong, Director General of the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province, gathered representatives from diverse foreign chambers of commerce and foreign enterprises.
